Start with the script. Keep the work connected.

Your breakdown, scene prep, and shooting schedule draw on the same scenes. Carry that work into sides and call sheets as the production takes shape.

01

Break down your script

Import Final Draft, Fountain, or Celtx, or write in Studio. Tag the cast, props, wardrobe, and other requirements you'll need to plan for.

Get the crew ready for the day

Create the day schedule, generate sides, and prepare call sheets from your scene and setup work. Review call times and department notes, then send the call sheet to your cast and crew.

Know what each shooting day still needs.

Track the cast, crew, locations, and equipment assigned to each day. See what's confirmed, what's missing, and which prep needs attention, alongside the costs you've entered.

For the moment
you get to say
“Action.”

The location needs confirming. A prop still needs sourcing. The coverage has to fit before the actor's hard out. Each decision changes what the day can hold.

Built by filmmaker Cody Lockwood, Kickbiznass Studio brings the script, scene prep, and production plan together, so you can see what needs attention and keep the film moving toward set.

No AI. Your film, your decisions.

Studio's tools use no generative AI or AI agents. Your script, breakdown, and creative choices remain yours. The software organizes the information you enter into schedules, call sheets, and reports you can review and use.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring in a script I've already written?

Yes. Import Final Draft (.fdx), Fountain (.fountain), or Celtx (.celtx or .cxscript), or write directly in Studio's screenplay editor. Review the imported formatting before you begin your breakdown.

What happens when the script changes?

After your first production draft is locked, review the impact of a revision before approving it. Studio shows scenes to update, renumber, add, or omit, along with linked production work. You resolve uncertain scene matches before applying the revision.

Can I work with my collaborators?

Yes. The trial and each paid Studio option include four named collaborator seats in addition to the owner. Paid accounts can add seats for $40 one time each. A collaborator's seat can be used across projects you own.

Can I send call sheets and generate sides?

Yes. Generate sides for the day's scenes, prepare the call sheet, and review it before sending it to your cast and crew. You can also export a call-sheet PDF.

What is included in the trial?

Every feature for 45 days, with one project, 50 MB of file storage, and four collaborator seats. You do not need a payment card, and the trial does not renew automatically.

What happens after the trial?

Your project remains available with Post-trial Basic tools. Choose a paid Studio option to continue using the full toolkit.

Do the payment options include different features?

No. Monthly, Annual, and Founding Lifetime are ways to pay for the same Studio toolkit and allowances. Monthly and Annual renew until canceled; Founding Lifetime is a one-time purchase. See the pricing details for current terms and availability.
